Bitmine reports holding 6,060,506 ether as of November 1
In its November 2 release, Bitmine reports acquiring 8,573 ETH during the week and staking 5,227,037 ETH. The valuations and annualized revenue figures remain the company's own, tied to a specific date and stated assumptions.

A holdings snapshot dated November 1
Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced on November 2, 2026, that it held 6,060,506 ether in a holdings snapshot taken on November 1, 2026, at 16:00 Eastern Time. The release uses a reference price of $2,261 per ETH, attributed to Coinbase. This is a company-reported snapshot with a specific date and price. These figures therefore do not represent a real-time ether quotation when the reader encounters the announcement.
Chairman Thomas Lee says Bitmine acquired 8,573 ETH during the week. The company estimates that its holdings represent 4.9% of total ether supply, based on the 122.2 million ETH supply used in the release. It maintains its goal of accumulating 5% of that supply. This goal describes its strategy and does not mean the threshold has been reached. The reported percentage also depends on the denominator used and must be presented as the issuer's calculation.
A $14.5 billion aggregate comprising several asset types
The company values its combined cryptocurrency holdings, cash and marketable securities, and certain equity investments at $14.5 billion. In addition to ether, it lists 216 bitcoin, $498 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and an $82 million stake in Eightco Holdings. These components differ in nature and should not be confused with a single reserve of immediately available cash.
The announced aggregate is also neither Bitmine's revenue, profit, nor market capitalization. Its value changes with asset prices and the methods used to value equity investments. The release itself warns about cryptocurrency volatility and dependence on third-party prices. When tracking this treasury strategy, the useful distinction is between the quantity of ETH held and its dollar value: a price movement can change the latter without changing the former.
Staking holdings and revenue projections are separate measures
Bitmine reports having staked 5,227,037 ETH as of November 1, representing a reference value of $11.8 billion at the price used in the announcement. Staking commits ether to participate in Ethereum network validation and can generate rewards; it also entails operational and protocol risks. The company says some holdings are already staked on MAVAN, its validation infrastructure, which has also been developed to serve institutional investors, custodians, and partners.
The company cites approximately $358 million in annualized revenue from current staked holdings and $415 million under a full-scale deployment scenario. These projections use a Bitmine yield of 3.03% calculated over seven days. They represent neither annual revenue already received nor a guaranteed return. Actual rewards may vary, including with network conditions, technical incidents, and validation penalties. The new development is therefore the numerical update on holdings and staking, without treating the issuer's objectives as completed results.
