Strategy reports 811 bitcoin purchased and $208.2 million in STRC repurchases
The November 2 report covers October 26 through November 1. The company distinguishes bitcoin purchases, share issuance, and two separate dollar liquidity pools.

Purchases funded by common-stock sales
Strategy reported on November 2, 2026, that it bought 811 bitcoin for $65.5 million between October 26 and November 1. Its stated average price was $80,846 per bitcoin, including fees and expenses. These figures come from the company’s Form 8-K. They cover an elapsed period, rather than purchases all made on Monday. The document also reports financing and security repurchases during the same week.
The company says it sold 1,178,552 Class A common shares through its at-the-market program, raising $164 million net. Of that amount, $65.5 million funded bitcoin purchases and $98.5 million was allocated to USD Cash. Net proceeds are after sales commissions. The share count includes sales not yet settled on October 30, an important qualification when interpreting the table.
Bitcoin holdings and security repurchases are separate
As of November 1, Strategy reported 849,327 bitcoin held, acquired for an aggregate $64.08 billion at an average $75,451 per bitcoin. Acquisition prices include fees and expenses. These are reported historical costs, not the portfolio’s current market value. The report does not turn subsequent price movements into realized gains or establish a future bitcoin price.
During the same period, the company repurchased 2,092,035 STRC preferred shares for $208.2 million using USD Cash. That amount is not an additional bitcoin purchase. The document reports $748.6 million remaining under its digital credit securities repurchase program and $1 billion under its MSTR common-stock repurchase program. Remaining capacity is authorization available, not spending already incurred or a promise that all repurchases will occur.
Two dollar reserves with different purposes
Strategy distinguishes USD Reserve, intended to support preferred dividends and debt interest, from USD Cash, used for broader Bitcoin treasury purposes. Those may include bitcoin purchases, additions to the reserve, and other capital-management activities. During the reported week, it used $43.4 million of USD Reserve to pay preferred dividends, separately from STRC repurchases.
November 1 balances were $4.79 billion for USD Reserve and $132.7 million for USD Cash. Confusing the latter with all dollar resources would misrepresent the document. The report brings together several financing and allocation decisions without demonstrating their future profitability. Subsequent purchase, issuance, and repurchase disclosures, and the separate evolution of both cash pools, are the next developments to follow.
