A purchase reported for the final week of October

Strive announced on November 2, 2026, that it bought 124 bitcoin between October 24 and October 30 at an average price of approximately $80,526 per bitcoin, including fees and expenses. Its Form 8-K reports 43,124 BTC held on October 30, up from 43,000 a week earlier. Monday’s publication describes transactions completed during that period. It does not mean all 124 bitcoin were bought on the announcement date.

The document compares balance-sheet snapshots on October 23 and October 30. This distinguishes the increase in bitcoin units from changes in other assets. The new purchase’s average price is a historical figure for those acquisitions, not the entire portfolio’s average cost or the current market price. Nor does the disclosure establish that purchases will continue at the same pace.

Cash and STRC shares move differently

Cash and cash equivalents fell from $504.4 million to $490.4 million, a $14 million decrease. The table does not break that decline down by every cause. Attributing it entirely to bitcoin purchases would therefore be incorrect. The purchase price and units describe the acquisition, while the overall cash movement may reflect several activities. These figures cannot reconstruct a financing breakdown absent from the document.

Strive also reports holding 505,000 Strategy STRC preferred shares on both dates, an unchanged count. Their reported fair value fell from $50.177 million to $50.061 million. In these data, that valuation change therefore does not represent a sale of STRC shares. Those securities are distinct from Strive’s bitcoin and from preferred shares Strive itself issues. The companies’ common bitcoin exposure does not erase differences between instruments and issuers.

Share counts require their published definitions

Effective common shares outstanding, the sum of Class A and Class B shares, reached 127,331,109 versus 127,328,346 on October 23. Assumed fully diluted shares remained 130,044,690 in the table. The latter includes options and unvested awards under the published definition. SATS shares increased from 7,000,000 to 7,003,418, while SATA shares stayed at 14,030,176.

These changes do not demonstrate a guaranteed return per share or automatic improvement for every investor category. The filing highlights dilution from issuance and risks associated with Bitcoin treasury strategies. The new data chiefly make bitcoin quantities, liquid resources, and parts of the capital structure visible at a specific date. Subsequent purchases and balance disclosures are the next facts to verify, without treating one acquisition week as a permanent commitment or performance forecast.
